Motivator
This little app keeps track of the time since your last cigarette and motivates you to continue to stay smoke free. Just looking at it every day helped me stay smoke free for 3 months now. If you want to quit and need a little motivation, try this app. Remember quitting might be intimidating, but its only the first 2 or 3 days that are hard. The rest is just about breaking the habit. And when you get a craving, look at the app and see how far youve gone. The craving never lasted more than a few minutes for me. Just stay strong and youll make it ;)
