A great app that holds me accountable

When I decided to quit smoking, I downloaded a couple of different apps looking for one that would suit me.
The Quit It app gives me everything I needed and then some. I feel obligated to check in each day and mark my progress.
Several times in the past two weeks I have been tempted beyond belief to smoke and this app has played a major role to keep me smoke free.
